Terms & Conditions

  • Room rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Rates include daily breakfast for 2 persons per room (Family Room includes breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children).
  • Standard occupancy is 2 adults per room (excluding Family Room). A 3rd adult (aged 12 and above) is allowed with an additional charge of THB 1,800 net per night.
  • Extra bed is provided as a built-in expandable sofa bed; no rollaway beds available. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room (not applicable to Family Rooms).
  • Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.

    Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged at 50% of the room rate.

Child Policy (Pay at Hotel)

  • 4 – 11 years old: Extra person charge when sharing an existing bed with parent at THB 225 net/child/night
  • 4 – 11 years old: Extra person charge with a sofa bed set up at THB 1,800 net/child/night
  • Maximum child occupancy:

    1 child per room in Deluxe Room, Deluxe Oceanside, Pool Access Grand, and Pool Access Grand Seaview.

    2 children per room in Deluxe Poolside, Family Room, and Pool Access.
  • For rooms with 1 child sharing an existing bed, a 2nd child will require a sofa bed with an additional charge.
