- Credit Card Guaranteed only
- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 3 days prior to check-in date : Free of charge.
- Amendment / Cancellation made within 3 days prior to check-in date : 1 night charge.
- No-show & Early check-out fee: The full stay charge
Terms & Conditions
- Advance reservation for BASIC SUP lesson is essential and strongly recommend at least 5 days in advance.
- Additional charge for SUP lesson is THB 1,000 / persons
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child per room per night.
- Except Family room is inclusive for 2 adults and 2 children.
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- All kid benefits can be applied for 1 child while Family room is for 2 children.
- 2nd child is charged THB 225 net per night and can be accomodated in Deluxe Poolside and Pool Access room only.
- Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Late check out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.
Child Policy (Pay at Hotel):
- 0 - 3.9 years old: FOC baby cot
- 4 - 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 225 net/ child/ meal (same existing bed with parents).
- 4 - 11 years old: if Sofa bed set up is required with ABF, cost is THB 1,800 net/ night.
- Maximum child allow:1 Child in Deluxe Room, Deluxe Oceanside, Pool Acces Grand and Pool Access Grand Sea View.
- Maximum child allow:2 Children in Deluxe Poolside, Family room and Pool Access.
- Maximum 1 child per room for sharing existing bed with parents, while 2nd child must be paid for Sofa bed.
