Terms & Conditions
- 30-Day reservation in advance is required.
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per room per night.
- Maximum 3 persons are allowed with extra person charge.
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
- Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- The hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.

- Child : 4 - 11 years old : ABF charge @ THB 225 net/night (same existing bed with parents and no Highlight Benefits included).

- Amendment / Cancellation made more than 7 days prior to check-in date: FREE OF CHARGE.
