Terms & Conditions
- Treatment Program and Session subject to confirm with reservation team 3 days prior to arrival.
- Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates include breakfast for 2 persons per room per night (Family Room includes breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children).
- Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room (except Family Room). A maximum of 3 adults is allowed with an extra charge of THB 1,800 net per night for the 3rd adult (12 years and older considered as adults).
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed; no rollaway beds are provided. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room (no extra beds in Family Rooms).
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m. Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. incurs a 50% room rate charge; after 6:00 p.m. is charged 100%.
- Rates are subject to change if room type, period, or requirements are modified.
Child Policy
(Pay at Hotel)
- 0 – 3 years old: Free baby cot.
- 4 – 11 years old: THB 225 net/child/meal for breakfast (sharing existing bed with parents).
- 4 – 11 years old: Day bed setup with ABF is THB 1,500 net/night/child.
- Maximum 2 children per room: 1 child can share the existing bed with parents; the 2nd child must pay for an extra bed.
Cancellation Policy
- Credit Card Guarantee: Credit card required for reservation. No-show & early check-out will be charged the full stay.
- Amendment & Cancellation : Free of charge if made more than 3 days prior to check-in.
- Amendment & Cancellation : Full stay charged if made within 3 days of check-in.
