Terms & Conditions

  • Room rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Rates include daily breakfast for 2 persons per room (Family Room includes breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children).
  • Standard occupancy is 2 adults per room (excluding Family Room). A 3rd adult (aged 12 and above) is allowed with an additional charge of THB 1,800 net per night.
  • Extra bed is provided as a built-in expandable sofa bed; no rollaway beds available. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room (not applicable to Family Rooms).
  • Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
  • Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. is charged at 50% of the room rate.
  • After 6:00 p.m., a full night’s charge applies.
  • Rates may vary depending on room type, stay period, or other modifications.

Child Policy (Pay at Hotel)

  • 0–3.9 years: Complimentary baby cot (upon request).
