CONDITIONS
- Try Surf is lesson for non-experience surfer around 90 mins operate by Memories Surfhouse.
- 5-Day Advance reservation is required for surf lesson and depends on weather condition.
- Time table for shuttle service between hotel and surf place is complimentary and limit per day.
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per room per night.
- Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons, maximum 3 adults are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 1,800 net/ night inclusive of Surf lesson.
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
- The maximum number of extra bed is 1 per room.
- Family Room is inclusive breakfast for 2 Adults and 2 Children (Up to 15 years old) and no extra person allow.
- Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Late check out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.
CHILD POLICY

- 4 – 11 years old: ABF charge @ THB 225 net/ child/ meal (same existing bed with parents).
- 4 – 11 years old: if Sofa bed set up is required with ABF, cost is THB 1,800 net/ night.
- Maximum child allow:1 Child in Deluxe Oceanside, Deluxe Seaview
- Maximum child allow:2 Children in Deluxe Poolside and Pool Access.
- Maximum 1 child per room for sharing existing bed with parents, while 2nd child must be paid for Sofa bed.
